All of those pull-ups are certainly paying off for Mark Wahlberg.

The actor took a dip in the crystal clear Caribbean waters of Barbados Sunday with a male friend, flaunting his defined abs and sculpted arms in the process.

The Boston-native donned orange swimming trunks (and a farmer’s tan) during the sunset swim. His longer hair was slicked back as he emerged from the surf.

At 45 years old, the hunky actor’s body is in top shape. Just last year, Wahlberg put his muscles to work on The Ellen DeGeneres Show when he was challenged to do pull-ups to raise money for charity.

DeGeneres explained that she would donate $1,000 to aid in breast-cancer awareness for every pull-up he did, and Wahlberg rose to the occasion by racking up an impressive 22 pull-ups in 30 seconds. However, DeGeneres rounded the number up, taking the total donation to $25,000.

Wahlberg’s film Deepwater Horizon is currently in theaters, and he set to appear in the fifth installment of Transformers, titled The Last Knight, debuting in 2017.
