Leslie Jones' intense workout included jumping drills, reverse leg curls and weighted squats

Leslie Jones doesn’t hold back on Twitter, whether she’s live-tweeting the Olympics, shutting down Internet trolls, or giving fans a glimpse of her intense workouts.

On Monday, the comedian, 47, shared a series of photos from a personal training session — which included jumping drills, reverse leg curls and weighted squats — along with a joking tweet about the 9-1-1 call she would make accusing her trainer of attempted murder.

“Hello 911? Yea, my trainer tried to kill me today! What’s that? Is my ass looking good? Yea but…nevermind,” she tweeted. “Oh well, I guess that didn’t work.”

Jones shared last July that she was down 40 lbs. thanks to some help from her Ghostbustersco-star Kate McKinnon.

“Every time we went to dinner she would make me walk to dinner, we would walk after dinner,” she said on Live with Kelly. “And then it just started becoming, I would work out, I would do yoga, I really tried to watch what I eat. It’s not always easy because I do have a sweet tooth that’s a killer. But I do the best that I can.”
