The singer-songwriter had hip surgery in 2013
Lady Gaga gave fans a peek at her morning exercise routine, complete with some stretching in her undies.
The “Born This Way” singer, 29, shared a picture on her Instagram on Monday in which she’s working out her hips with a pink resistance band in nothing but black high-waisted briefs and a gray T-shirt.
The pop diva can be seen lying on her back, glancing towards her legs, with her shirt rolled up out of the way as she appears to be keeping the band taut with her lower body.
“Up early for hip exercise! I have to do these everyday to keep my hip strong, otherwise I have pain,” Gaga captioned the photo. She was forced to cancel her world tour in 2013 after undergoing surgery to repair a labral tear in her right hip.
Gaga also wrote in the post that she’s “not really that thin it’s just the stretch! Trust me! Haha,” before signing off with a peace-sign emoji.
The performer, who is currently on her Cheek to Cheek tour with Tony Bennett, has proudly shown off her figure in recent weeks with multiple bikini photos on Instagram while vacationing in the Bahamas.
