“YOU GUYS!!!! PRE BABY WEIGHT WAS 135!!!!!” she captioned the snap.
The reality star has been incredibly dedicated to her diet since she announced in January that she’s following the Atkins40 plan to lose the 70 lbs. she gained before and during her pregnancy.
On the plan, Kardashian West is eating around 1,800 calories a day to keep up her milk supply for son Saint, 4 months. And she’s sticking to the plan – even on nights out. At a Las Vegas club on April 9, Kardashian West stayed sober to avoid unnecessary calories.
“I gained a lot of weight and I have a lot to lose,” she told reporters early that morning. “This time I think weight has come off quicker than last time because I kind of learned how to eat better. Last time I worked out a little bit harder. This time I’m eating differently.”
But she’s still hitting the gym every day. Kardashian West posted on her blog in April that she’s currently “hating getting up early to work out. But it’s a must.”

Her favorite workout? A long sweat session with celebrity trainer extraordinaire Gunnar Peterson.
“Gunnar is amazing! He has a private gym where we just grind, grind, grind!!!” Kardashian West says. “I put in the work and I definitely see it paying off.”
