No Pain, No Gain! Khloé Kardashian Shows Exactly How She Got Her New Body on Snapchat
The reality star shared the secret to her 40-lb. weight loss in a series of Snapchat videos posted Sunday
Forget brunch – Khloé Kardashian is spending her Sunday morning in the gym.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star, 32, has been very vocal about her recent 40 lb. weight loss, which she credits to her lifestyle change in diet and exercise.
And just one day after working out with sister Kourtney Kardashian, 37, and showing off her toned abs in a tiny black bra top, Kardashian was back in the gym Sunday morning. The series of videos uploaded to her Snapchat account show her intense workout, ranging from leg lifts to weight-lifting and squats.
“Sunday morning, back in the gym,” she said in the opening video, showing off her fit frame in bright blue tights. “I’m trying to wear color, instead of black all the time.”
Kardashian has become a regular at the gym, which she recently told PeopleStyle is her “therapy.
“She does these workouts with these sauna suits underneath,” Kim said about her sister. “And she’s just … I’ve never seen someone so focused.”
And Kim calls her younger sibling her “body icon.”
“I saw her naked two days ago changing,” she said. “And I was [like], ‘Oh, my God. You are my body icon.’ She’s never been more on fire.”

And while her family and others are in awe of her body transformation, others have not been as kind. The reality star recently took to Twitter to address critics who slammed her for being “too skinny.”
“I need to remember the date today!! Never would I have ever thought I would be in the media for being ‘too skinny’. What on earth?!?!” she wrote in one post, later writing, “First I’m too fat and now I’m too skinny,” her second tweet read. “I love this game!!”
