Khloé Kardashian Reveals She's Lost 35 Lbs. from Intense Exercise Regimen
Khloé Kardashian has an addiction – to exercise!
The reality star, who recently showed off her super-toned body in this month’s issue of Complex magazine, told Australian radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa that she loves working out.
“I’m so into it,” she said during an interview for NOVA FM. “Even this morning, I’ve been up since 2:30 because I was jetlagged and couldn’t sleep, and I still went to the gym this morning.”
While Kardashian, 31, explained that she had to take it easy that particular morning, she usually really pushes herself during her normal gym sessions.
“It wasn’t that intense here because I’m still jetlagged, but I make sure that I go,” she said. “Even 30 minutes you feel, ‘Okay, I feel good about myself.’ … Definitely when I’m in L.A., I go hard, and I’ve lost like 35 lbs.”
While the youngest Kardashian sister doesn’t have an exact number of pounds dropped because she doesn’t weigh herself, she can tell she’s lost weight by the way she feels.
“I know how I want to feel in clothes, and it does become addicting,” she admitted. “Once you start losing weight and seeing results, you’re like, ‘I want to see more!’ ”

Kardashian recently shut down commenters who accused her of being heavily Photoshopped in the Complex spread by posting an unretouched photo from the shoot.
“This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts!” she wrote on Instagram.
