Jennifer Lopez might be the epitome of body goals.
The 46-year-old singer took to Instagram this week, posting a photo of her toned physique apparently ahead of a workout session.
“Gotta get it in #workinonmyfitness #gymtime #cardio #thereIamwithnomakeupagain,” she captioned a photo of herself in yoga pants and a sports bra.
The mom of two struck a pose and donned a serious expression with her toned abs and arms on full display.
Last month, Lopez revealed that the secret to her fit physique involves throwing punches.
She said she began boxing when she starred in the movie Money Train and picked it up again for her new show, Shades of Blue.
“It’s always been a good workout,” she said.
The star is also dedicated to meeting with her trainer, Tracy Anderson, four to five times a week.
“It can be anywhere from 30 minutes – if her kids need her for something, because she’s always there for them – to an hour or hour and a half,” Anderson told PEOPLE.
Anderson said that with Lopez’s busy schedule, that can be “a lot.”
“I do an upper body warm up with her,” she said. “We do two songs without weights, and then we add 3-lb. weights, and sometimes I add a song with 5-lb. weights as well.”
The gym isn’t the only place Lopez is working up a sweat these days.
The singer kicked off her Las Vegas residency, “All I Have,” last month. Opening night consisted of 10 costume changes, and – in true Lopez fashion – show-stopping choreography.
