Jennifer Lopez has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood, but she puts her time in at the gym to get it.
In February, the singer and actress, 47, shared a pre-workout selfie in which her toned abs and athletic arms are on full display.
“Gotta get it in #workininonmyfitness #gymtime #cardio #thereIamwithnomakeupagain,” she captioned the snap.
The reality star’s Instagram feed and Snapchat stories are full of glimpses into her intense personal training sessions and incredible progress. Kardashian, 32, had lost 40 lbs. as of January this year, and says the gym has helped keep her sane through difficult times.
“I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand,” she told PEOPLE earlier this year. “I feel so good that it [affects] the rest of my day. It’s a healthy addiction. It’s like buying your sanity!”

Holy arm muscles! The singer-turned-actor, 24, showcased the results of his training for his role as an MMA fighter on Kingdom on Instagram.
“I like to start my morning #pumpingandhumping,” she captioned an Instagram video of herself doing hip thrusts with an incredible 200 lbs. of weight.
The Orange Is the New Black star, 27, shares motivating messages and photos of her go-to spin workouts.
“I started to lose my confidence,” she shared in an Instagram video. “I realized I’m comparing myself to this woman, and I was like, ‘Why just two minutes ago I was feeling great and now I’m not?’ […] Ladies, don’t compare yourself to nobody. Just be a better you.”
The actress, 35, mixes up hot yoga classes and spin sessions to get her toned physique, and loves posting sweaty (or in her case, glow-y) post-workout photos.
