"I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious," the actress says of her plans to expand into the lifestyle sector

Want to eat like Jennifer Aniston?

Your dreams may soon be a reality: The actress, 46, revealed to Yahoo! Beauty that she is working on a cookbook.

“I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting,” she told the website. “I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious.”

The Cake star said that she’s quite skilled in the kitchen.

“I’m a good alchemist,” she said. “I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way.”

In addition to a healthy diet, Aniston said she maintains her physique through a passion for exercise.

“Usually, my love is running,” she said. “I like to do a good trifecta, where I do the bike for 15 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then I run for 15. On the elliptical I kind of do sprints for 90 seconds, take it back to a jog for 30 seconds, and do intervals for the last minutes.”

She also mixes in yoga and Barre method, joking, “I forgot how much that really hurts and kicks your butt.”

Despite the fact that she’s aging in the public eye, Aniston has no plans to get any injectibles.

“It’s a slippery, slippery slope,” she said. “[Women] just start to lose perspective, it’s their new normal, so it’s a hard one to come back from.”

In fact, she feels more confident in her appearance now than she did 20 years ago.

“I don’t feel much different than I felt in my 20s, except I feel physically better,” Aniston said. “I also love myself more. That’s the most beautiful thing that reflects out – inner confidence and inner sort of love.”
