Supernatural star Jared Padalecki will do whatever it takes to raise awareness for Always Keep Fighting, his charity campaign that supports people struggling with depression, addiction and suicidal thoughts.

On Sunday, the actor posted a sexy shirtless shot on Facebook alongside his buddy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 actor Stephen Amell, and linked to a website where people can purchase “Always Keep Fighting” T-shirts to raise money for mental health awareness.

“Stephen Amell and I lost our shirts,” Padalecki, 33, wrote. “Maybe we should grab one from the relaunch!!! Only 2 days!!!!”

Padalecki, who is open about his battle with depression, spoke with PEOPLE in March about his efforts to destigmatize mental health issues.

“If somebody has cancer, they’re not embarrassed to have cancer – they know it’s not their fault,” he said. “They know it’s a struggle. But, for some reason, if someone says they’re depressed, they assume that people are going to look at them like they have three heads.”

The actor said at the time that he feels lucky to have the help of positive people in his life:

“I have friends and a life and people I work with and I get a lot of love and support – this campaign is more about those who don’t have as much of a support system as I do.”
