Move over, Incredible Hulk. Hugh Jackman proved that he is a real-life superhero by lifting an impressive 1000 lbs. in one routine on Saturday.

The X-Men star shared a video on Instagram that showed him deadlifting 410 lbs. accompanied by the NSFW cheers of observers in the gym.

“The deadlift that brought me into the 1000lb Club,” he captioned it.

The Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe winner achieved the feat by doing a 355 lb. squat, followed by a 235 lb. bench press and finally the impressive deadlift. All between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. And did we mention that he’s 46?

In a video posted on Saturday, he smiled excitedly as he slipped on his special commemorative T-shirt and promised there was “more to come.”

Let’s just paint him blue and call him Beast.
