Gayle King Shares 4-Lb. Weight Loss After First Week on Weight Watchers

There’s no stopping Gayle King now!
The CBS This Morning anchor is already seeing results after her first week on Weight Watchers.
Since sharing her starting weight at 184.5 lbs. earlier this month, King, 60, took to Instagram again to reveal she has lost 4 lbs. so far.
“First week on @weightwatchers! So far no cheating,” she captioned the photo of her first home weigh-in. “Long long way to go.”
Even though her week was filled with trips to the U.S. Open and birthday celebrations for friend Swizz Beatz, the 5’10” host managed to stay on track by posting photos of her meals.
“Day 3 @weightwatchers 1-fried egg 2 points! 2 piece bacon 3 points tomatoes and broccoli ZERO points,” she captioned a photo of her breakfast. “Broccoli for brkfst FIRST Evah!”

The longtime friend of Oprah Winfrey – who has been open about her weight loss struggles in the past – also appears to have cut out carbs and dairy for her first week on the program.
“For me .. No potatoes or cheese (single tear),” she wrote.
King has received an outpouring of support from her followers as she continues to share her journey.
“You are so honest, and so inspiring,” wrote one follower.
“Proud of you, Gayle. You’re rock star in my book!” added another.
