Is baby bodybuilding in their future?
Duncan, 27, delivered Jeremiah Thomas at 8:24 pm, weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz.
“Healthy happy baby boy, absolutely nothing medically wrong with bubba, he is extremely alert and very strong shocking the staff here with his arms and neck strength,” Duncan announced on Instagram.
The HIIT instructor and bodybuilder caught the Internet’s attention earlier this month when she posted a photo comparing her tiny baby belly to a friend’s.
And she gained plenty of critics after posting videos of her kickboxing workouts just one week before she gave birth.
But Duncan isn’t letting them bring her down – before Jeremiah’s birth, she told PEOPLE that she’s ready for baby number 2.
“If all goes well, I plan to fall pregnant again this year,” Duncan said.
And just like Duncan, Venagro had son Aidan Paul, weighing in at 7lbs., on Friday evening.
“Well this little guy didn’t want to wait until his due date!” Venagro posted on Instagram. “Welcome to the world Aidan Paul Venagro!”
Also a fitness instructor and bodybuilder, Venagro impressively retained her ab muscles while carrying Aidan – and faced the same criticism as Duncan.

But she also encouraged women to stay positive and boost each other up.
“I want women to know that we should be inspiring each other and supporting each other no matter what our journey is,” Venagro told PEOPLE. “So if mine is to be fit, and if someone else’s goal is losing 10 lbs. of fat, then we should be supporting each other.”
“I don’t like negative intention. We should be here to lift each other up and empower each other.”
