But she’s clearly loving life as a new mom. Stage showed off the adorable baby James – and her incredible abs in a sexy red crop top and skirt – in a Valentine’s Day Instagram.
And she proved that she’s the hottest mom on the block with a snap of a stroller ride with James, who turns one next month.
The super-fit model told PEOPLE that she kept up her workouts during her pregnancy to maintain her shape.
“I made a promise to myself that I wanted to get into the best shape that I could before I was pregnant, and once I was pregnant I worked with my trainer, and he had little workouts you could do while you were pregnant,” Stage said in January. “I wanted to maintain some sort of workout while I was pregnant.”

Now she credits her post-baby six-pack to her three to five days a week workouts, and “eating little meals all day long.”
“I do mostly weight training,” Stage explained. “I mix that in with workouts to get my heart rate up, like lunges and squats and ab work.”
“I try to not to read negative comments,” she said. “I try to focus on my followers that have been so supportive. Those are the ones that really motivate me.”
