Shaun T‘s boys are getting ready to head home soon!
The celebrity fitness guru and husband Scott Blokker are more than ready to take their first children, twins Sander Vaughn and Silas Rhys, home — but for now, they’re celebrating a huge milestone: moving out of the NICU.
“We are so proud of them and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE the #nicunurse staff! 🙌🏽 👶🏼👶🏽,” added Shaun T, 39, sharing more snaps of his sons to his Instagram Story.

NICU graduation is only the latest in the twins’ growth milestones. Last week, Shaun T couldn’t help but post a few celebratory snaps after Silas passed his car-seat test, including one of the baby boy giving a side-eye to the camera.
“For all the SHADY FOLK who said I WOULDN’T,” the new dad wrote jokingly atop the photo (only about 5 percent of voters clicked “I WON’T PASS”).
The spouses have been making regular visits to the NICU to spend time with Silas and Sander — and the boys have been making their dads laugh. In two other clips posted to his Story last week, the fitness trainer and author of T Is for Transformation showed a wet car seat Silas had urinated on, and hilariously called out Sander for passing gas.
The couple have been open about the health progress of their first children, who were born via surrogate at 32 weeks gestation.
“The good news is they’re off the respirator, which is great,” Blokker told PEOPLE shortly after the birth. “They sometimes use the feeding tube and sometimes use the bottle to feed, so we’re actually moving in a great direction.”
“We celebrated some movements last night — meaning from kids into the diapers — so that was a big day for us,” he added with a laugh. “I just didn’t know how to say that. So there are small victories that are amazing.”

The small victories are likely just the first of many throughout Sander and Silas’ lives. As Shaun T — a sexual-abuse survivor — told PEOPLE in early November, his kids will “have a blank canvas” to grow from.
“I want to be the best dad ever. I know Scott is going to be an amazing parent. I’m just excited,” he explained. “I guess this is the nervous parent talking.”
