You don't want to miss this star-studded event!

The hottest celebrities are getting ready to celebrate the best of the year in pop culture.

You won’t want to miss the first-ever People Magazine Awards, airing tonight, Thursday, at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

2014’s top pop culture newsmakers are also set to appear, including Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Kevin Hart, Michael Keaton, Mindy Kaling and Jennifer Lopez.

The event will also honor Nora Sandigo, who will receive the Hero of the Year Award. Sandigo is being recognized for her work as founder and executive director of American Fraternity Inc., a Miami-based non-profit that helps immigrants and their families. Diane Guerrero from Orange is the New Black, whose immigrant parents were deported when the actress was 14, will present Sandigo with her award.

The cover of the year – voted on by fans on and twitter – will be revealed during the show.
