Leave it to Susan Sarandon to give us the best picture to come out of the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The actress, 69, snuck up behind Straight Outta Compton stars Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell, Neil Brown Jr., Aldis Hodge and O’Shea Jackson Jr. at the award show in Los Angeles on Saturday, and as far as photobombs go, this one’s pretty great.

The movie is nominated for the award for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture, up against Beasts of No Nation, The Big Short, Spotlight and Trumbo.

On Friday, an Academy spokesperson spoke to PEOPLE exclusively about a report that the Straight Outta Compton cast were not invited to this year’s ceremony, which fueled further uproar over the #OscarsSoWhite controversy.

“The Academy invites the nominees only, and each studio gets a limited ticket allotment, based on the number of nominated films, to use at their discretion. It has been this way for decades,” the spokesperson said.

The 22nd annual SAG Awards are being presented live from Los Angeles on both TNT and TBS.
