Is it getting hot in here?

The Weeknd hit the Academy Awards stage Sunday night for a super steamy performance of his Fifty Shades of Grey song, "Earned It".

Kevin Hart welcomed the singer, who performed a toned-down version (but still super sexy!) of his music video for the song, which featured the film’s star – Dakota Johnson – suspended naked in the air.

Nominated for Best Original Song, the 26-year-old Canadian crooner (born Abel Tesfaye) already won best R&B performance honors for the sexy track at the Grammys earlier this month, in addition to the “Centric Award” at the 2015 BET Awards.

Along with “Earned It,” the 2016 Best Original Song nominations include: “Til it Happens to You” from The Hunting Ground; “Manta Ray” from Racing Extinction; “Simple Song No. 3” from Youth, and "Writing’s on the Wall" from Spectre.

The 88th annual Awards, hosted by Chris Rock, are being presented live on ABC from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
