Caitlyn Jenner is taking full advantage of the parties that come with the Academy Awards.

On Sunday, the reality star attended Elton John‘s annual Oscar viewing party.

Arriving in a limo, Jenner, 66, who stunned in a red dress with glittering accessories, chatted with Arrested Development star Jeffrey Tambor – who also plays transgender Maura Pfefferman in Transparent – before posing for a picture with a fan and heading inside to enjoy the festivities.

Following his Emmy nomination for best actor in the Amazon series, Tambor, 71, applauded Jenner for her own transparency.

“I’m just so happy for the wonderful light and courage that she is showing,” the actor told PEOPLE about Jenner in September. “Celebrity is meaningful if it helps people, and she’s down for that. You can see that. She means it.”

Jenner has been open about her transition, introducing herself to the world with her powerful Vanity Fair cover, followed by her docu-series I Am Cait, which recently announced its second season premiere (set for March 6 at 9 p.m. ET on E!).

The 88th annual Oscars, hosted by Chris Rock, are being presented live on ABC from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
