You know what they say: Kids know who they like.
And that certainly seemed to be the case Monday when nominees for the 27th annual Kids’ Choice Awards were announced.
Taylor Swift and Katy Perry both scored two nominations for favorite female singer and favorite song, while Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Lawrence – both of whom are up for Oscars this year – scored nods for favorite movie actress and favorite female buttkicker.
In the TV categories, Ross Lynch, Jack Griffo and Jake Short all scored noms for favorite actor, while Ariana Grande, Debby Ryan and Jennette McCurdy will battle it out for favorite actress.
Not surprisingly, American Idol and The Voice earned nods for favorite reality show and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire scored a nomination for favorite movie, along with Iron Man 3, which also saw its star Robert Downey Jr. nominated for favorite movie actor and male buttkicker.
