Gwen Stefaniturned to her fans once again on Saturday when she couldn’t figure out how to watch boyfriend Blake Shelton‘s Kids’ Choice Awards hosting gig all the way from Japan.

Stefani, who is in Tokyo for an upcoming concert, took to Twitter when she realized she couldn’t watch the annual awards ceremony.

“Can I watch @AllThingsKCAs here in Japan?” she asked her followers on the social media website. “Help me ?”

Not long after, Stefani revealed she still hadn’t found a way to tune in.

“Trying to stream @AllThingsKCAs in Japan ????!!!” Stefani wrote, accompanied by a slew of sad face and crying emojis. She continued, “Where r my Japanese fans? Help me stream @AllThingsKCAs.”

Eventually, Stefani found an alternative route, replying to a fan’s photo of her son Apollo in the Los Angeles’ show’s audience that she was watching the show via FaceTime.

“That’s me on FaceTime from Japan!! Wow that is funny,” the “Make Me Like You” singer wrote.

Apparently happy with her success, Stefani shared several clapping hands emojis with a heart before posting a video of Shelton getting slimed.

Ahead of his big hosting gig, Shelton revealed in an adorable video that he liked one of No Doubt’s members (Stefani) “a lot.”

The pair began dating in 2015, several months after they each filed for divorce from their spouses – Stefani from Rossdale, and Shelton from Miranda Lambert.
