The Emmys is arguably the biggest night of the year for television stars. And two of the evening’s biggest winners, Amy Schumer and Uzo Aduba, chose their sisters to be by their side for the unforgettable moment.

“We feel like the evil stepsisters,” Schumer said on the red carpet when Ryan Seacrest commented on the similarity between her gown and her sister Kim’s.

Meanwhile, the Aduba family was also looking fierce.

Once everyone was settled in their seats, the sisters naturally had to snap a silly pic.

After scoring statues, both actresses used their moment in the spotlight to thank their sisters.

First, the Inside Amy Schumer star took the stage to accept the award for outstanding variety sketch series.

“I want to thank my sister Kim who is the only reason I am alive and breathing,” she said during her speech.

Later in the show, a tearful Aduba was sure to let the world know how important her sister is to her while accepting her historic win for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series.

“I really just want to say thank you to my family who have stood beside me my entire life. My sister, Chi Chi, you are my very best friend. I am humbled to call myself your sister. I love you so much,” the Orange Is the New Black star said.
