If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you cross a valley girl and a Martian, you’re in luck.

The much anticipated video for Britney Spears‘ and Iggy Azalea‘s “Pretty Girls” was released on Wednesday and features the singers channeling their best ’80s vibes.

After Azalea’s U.F.O. crashes in Spears’ pool, the popstars ditzy, fun-loving valley girl takes the alien under her wing. The duo cruises around town in a yellow Jeep and Azalea (Azalien?) gets a makeover, complete with crimped hair.

In an interlude, Azalea shows off her “radical alien powers” by transforming Brit’s clunky cell phone into a 2015-era smartphone and gives the valley girl accent her best shot. Spoiler alert: She nails it, with the help of several well-placed “totallys” and “likes.”

While it’s “far out” to see Spears, 33, and Azalea, 24, in an outrageously cheesy movie-style montage, the video also allows each star to shine on her own. There a solo rap break for Iggy and Brit gets not one, but two of her signature heavily choreographed dance scenes.

Looks like Spears got the “girl anthem” she was looking for. The “Toxic” singer told New York’s Z100 radio show she wanted “something that was very girl-empowering and was kind of funny.”

We’re predicting that “Pretty Girls” will be the pop jam of the summer – between this fun video and Sunday’s upcoming live performance of the song at the Billboard Music Awards, it’ll be extremely difficult to get this song out of your head for the foreseeable future.
