While accepting the top male vocalist award at Sunday night’s Academy of Country Music Awards, Brad Paisley took a moment to give presenter Matthew McConaughey a little lip service. “By the way, my wife [actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley] says ‘hi’,” the “Water” singer told McConaughey. “She loved playing your wife in We Are Marshall. But she says I’m a better kisser.” As McConaughey laughed it off, Paisley reconsidered. “They didn’t have any kissing scenes in that movie,” he added. “So I have no idea how she knows that.” For what it’s worth, McConaughey didn’t seem to mind the playful slam. Recounting his experience at 2009’s ACMs, he told the crowd that “after the show last year, my lady [Camila Alves] and I went back to the hotel and conceived the little lady that is now our daughter.
