Is there anyone who doesn’t wish that Billy Eichner would yell at them on the street?

The comedian won the award for Breakout Star of the Year at the PEOPLE Magazine Awards on Thursday.

Eichner is the host of Fuse’s Billy On the Street and guest-starred on NBC’s Parks and Recreation.

“Thank you for this beautiful silver tube,” said Eichner in his acceptance speech, prompting laughs from the audience at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. “I feel like just like Chloë Grace Moretz as the luckiest 17-year-old alive, but that is funny because I’m not 17.”

Given that Eichner once asked a contestant on his show, “Would you like to have a three-way with Michael Bublé and Josh Groban?” it was only fitting that Groban himself presented Eichner with his award.

“He has pushed the boundaries of comedy,” said Groban.
