She handled her fall on The Tonight Show like a champ, but Meghan Trainor is still stinging a little from the stumble.

“[I’m] pretty nervous because as you probably saw, I fell on Fallon,” she said on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet live stream Sunday afternoon. “It was cute.”

The singer – who’s slated to perform her hit new song “No” on the awards show – is still feeling confident going into her big performance.

“They’re like, ‘You can go down all the stairs and walk through the crowd,'” she said. “I’m like, ‘Uh huh!’ We’re doing it, and it’s gonna be great. I have boots on that are comfy. We won’t fall.”

And while most people might shy away from watching themselves fall on TV, the star told E! News she watched the performance “like 23 times” and actually chose which take to air.

“I was like, ‘Yeah, I’ll do it again. I’m so sorry I fell.’ I got up and I watched both performances and I was like, ‘Dude, the first one was better. Let’s just keep it!'”
