The Billboard Music Awards audience is sure to be filled with screaming Beliebers on Sunday, but one of Justin Bieber‘s biggest fans will also be on stage with him.

DJ Khaled will be introducing the “Sorry” singer at the awards show, PEOPLE confirms exclusively.

“He’s my brother, you know what I’m saying?” Khaled tells PEOPLE about his pal.

Aside from being friends with Bieber, the DJ is also hoping to collaborate with him in the future. “Absolutely I’m a big fan, and I wanted to make music with him,” he says. “I want to make a record with him for sure.”

Khaled is also looking forward to representing “my home Miami worldwide” at the awards show, which will feature performances by Celine Dion (who’s receiving the Icon Award), Britney Spears, Madonna and more.

The Billboard Music Awards airs Sunday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
