Ariana Grande nearly took a spill on the BillBoard Music Awards red carpet, but she’ll “Be Alright.”

Stepping up to E!’s platform for an interview, the singer tripped but quickly recovered with the help of red carpet co-host Sibley Scoles.

“I almost broke my ass!” the singer, 22, told the E! News personality, flipping her trademark ponytail and flashing a grin at the camera.

Hot off the Friday release of her immaculate third album, Dangerous Woman, Grande opened up about her excitement over the positive fan and critical reception it has received so far.

“It feels amazing. Everybody has been all around positive, and I’m not supposed to read things like that, but I’ve been on Twitter reading,” she said, adding: “I’m gonna cry!”

After dishing on some of her favorite tracks on the new LP – including synthy new single “Into You” and her latest Nicki Minaj collaboration, “Side to Side” – Grande even asked Scoles and her E! producers if they could rewind the clip of her trip so she could see it herself.

The singer, of course, isn’t the first Hollywood star to take a tumble in front of an audience: Jennifer Lawrence has slipped on both the Oscars red carpet and stage, and earlier this month, Meghan Trainor wiped out on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.
