Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears proved they’re so much more than just “pretty girls” when they performed their new hit song for the first time at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas Sunday night.

From the moment they touched down on stage, the duo kept the crowd cheering with a fun, colorful performance.

Spears, 33, was in her element and Azalea, 24, who’s come under fire lately for her live performances, spit some pretty perfect verses.

A triumphant Spears took to her Instagram page after the performance to share a photo of herself posing with Azalea on stage.

The duo debuted their hotly anticipated video, an awesomely ’80s homage to Earth Girls Are Easy, on Wednesday. It features Azalea as an alien who crashes her spaceship right into valley girl Spears’ pool.

The two stars bonded while working on the song.

“She’s super nice,” Azalea, 24, told MTV in March. “She came to my house and had lunch and I didn’t know what to expect, and we actually really got along. I’ve been texting her, annoying her with all my ideas for the video and she’s been a really good sport about it, so I’m really excited.”
