Fans weren’t the only ones who gushed over the Destiny’s Child reunion during the Super Bowl. Even Kelly Rowland was overwhelmed.

The singer told Giuliana Rancic during E!’s Live From the Red Carpet: The 2013 Grammy Awards on Sunday that she got emotional during the performance.

“When I looked on the other side of the stage at Super Bowl and I saw Beyoncé and Michelle [Williams], my heart just went into my throat, I was so happy,” she said. “It was just such a beautiful moment.”

When she was able to watch a recording of the performance, Rowland, 31, said she “held her breath the whole time.”

“I don’t even remember what happened to be completely honest,” she said.

But once the emotions subsided, the next question was whether Destiny’s Child was headed for a proper reunion.

“Now everybody’s asking about other things, if we’re gonna do other things. We’re like ‘No, we’re still doing our solo things,’ ” Rowland explained.

While pursuing her own musical career, Rowland added that “Michelle’s doing Fela!” and that “B’s about to start the Mrs. Carter Tour.”

“We’re just supporting each other,” she said. “We had a moment for the Super Bowl.”
