THE VERDICT

“Cheryl’s got the right idea with breakfast,” says RDN Keri Glassman of Nutritiouslife.com. One improvement for the 5’4″ dancer, who recently lost 15 lbs.? “Instead of egg whites, she should have whole eggs. Yolks contain important nutrients.” Glassman also says ditch processed meats like turkey sausage and salami, but “after a meat-heavy day, it was great she went for a vegetarian dinner.”

THE VERDICT

“Nicole is a superhealthy girl,” says Glassman, who praises the 5’11” star of VH1’s Hollywood Exes for her “morning cleansing tonic” and breakfast but isn’t loving her snack: “She could satisfy her sweet tooth with apples and cinnamon. Organic packaged cookies are still cookies!”

THE VERDICT

The 5’10” Victoria’s Secret model picked an “amazing lunch with seeds, greens and proteins,” says Glassman. While her meals are good, “she could add a healthy fat to her breakfast with shredded coconut or walnuts. And I’d love to see her add another snack like a green juice plus ¼ avocado.”
