THE VERDICT

"Cheryl's got the right idea with breakfast," says RDN Keri Glassman of Nutritiouslife.com. One improvement for the 5'4″ dancer, who recently lost 15 lbs.? "Instead of egg whites, she should have whole eggs. Yolks contain important nutrients." THE VERDICT

The 5'10" Victoria's Secret model picked an "amazing lunch with seeds, greens and proteins," says Glassman. While her meals are good, "she could add a healthy fat to her breakfast with shredded coconut or walnuts. And I'd love to see her add another snack like a green juice plus ¼ avocado."
