Beauty Trend

Coral lips

It’s an award show classic, but sometimes red lipstick can be “distracting—too much of a statement,” warns christian Dior makeup artist Kristofer Buckle. So beauties at the Globes gave lip service to a subtler shade—sheer, rosy coral. “It’s a healthy, pretty look,” says Buckle, who used Dior Addict Ultra-shine #650 to enhance Zellweger’s “peaches and cream” glow. On American Beauty spokeswoman Ashley Judd, makeup artist Moyra Mulholland opted for the line’s ginger shades, including Summer Kiss Lipcolor and Gingernut Liquid Lipcolor. Looks like peach is ripe for Spring.
