In L.A., titanic Lakers fan Leonardo DiCaprio caught a piece of the action as Shaq & Co. defeated the Portland Trailblazers 109-94 in the first game of the NBA play-off Western Conference finals. The actor is set to begin shooting his next movie, director Martin Scorsese’s Mob drama Gangs of New York, in September.

Nicole Kidman‘s mission, which she chose to accept, was to find some way to keep her backless top in its proper place at the L.A. premiere of husband Tom Cruise‘s M:l-2, the sequel to 1996’s Mission: Impossible.
