ADAM LEVINE & BEHATI PRINSLOO
THE SEXIEST MAN’S STAR-STUDDED WEDDING
When PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive Adam Levine tied the knot with Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo on July 19 in San José del Cabo, Mexico, the temperatures soared into the mid-90s. But the day became even more scorching when the ravishing bride, who wore a custom blush Marchesa gown (see next page), made her way down the aisle on the arm of her father, Boet. “She looked absolutely stunning,” a guest tells PEOPLE.
The wedding between the Maroon 5 frontman and Voice coach, 35, and the Namibian supermodel, 26, capped a rollicking weekend filled with music, margaritas and fun. First up: an ocean-side bash on July 18 at the El Dorado Golf & Beach Club private community, where friends and family “had a fiesta,” a source says, complete with endless cocktails and churros for dessert.
But the main event occurred the next day, when some 275 guests—including Robert Downey Jr., models Coco Rocha and Candice Swanepoel and groomsman Jason Segel – enjoyed a celebratory evening under the stars at the picturesque Flora Farm. (“It won’t be typical, I can tell you that,” Levine told PEOPLE two weeks before the wedding, which was coordinated by Yifat Oren and Stefanie Cove.) As attendees entered the rural setting tucked away in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, women dressed in colorful local garb passed out glasses of champagne. Nearby, a mariachi band provided pre-nuptials entertainment; hay bales and swings offered nontraditional seating options, and a photo booth stood at the ready to capture festive moments. “Everything accentuated the farm’s rustic feel,” says an onlooker. “It wasn’t overly extravagant at all. Adam and Behati just wanted everyone to have a good time.”
That relaxed vibe permeated the couple’s 20-minute ceremony, which was officiated by Levine’s childhood pal Jonah Hill, whom Levine considers family. (Jonah’s older brother Jordan Feldstein manages Levine.) “Jonah is my little bro,” the Grammy winner recently told PEOPLE. “That’s my boy.”
And according to the guest, the 22 Jump Street star thrived in the role. “[He was] funny, charming and very sentimental.” After the couple exchanged “I do’s,” Levine, who skipped a traditional tux in favor of a black-and-white Hawaiian print shirt like his groomsmen, honored Jewish tradition by stomping on a glass, which elicited loud cheers from the guests.
At the reception, attendees—nestled underneath the farm’s mango trees and hundreds of tiny white lights designed to look like fireflies – dined family-style on an organic menu of fresh-caught tuna, pork chops, lentils and beet salad. Dessert was flavored Mexican Popsicles (paletas). “Adam and Behati kept the decor and menu very simple,” says the onlooker. “The wedding felt comfortable and friendly.”
The ceremony came one year after Levine proposed on bended knee with a vintage 1930s ring. (The couple had split briefly earlier that year.) “You know, you have a feeling, but you don’t know,” the model told PEOPLE after the proposal. “We’re just very excited to start a new chapter.” Levine echoed the sentiment during his recent interview with PEOPLE: “All I can say is it just feels right.”
After dinner the revelry continued, with friends and family primed to party. Singer Stevie Nicks performed her hit “Landslide” for the couple’s first dance, and Levine joined her for a duet. “Stevie sang beautifully,” says another onlooker. “Purple, green and red lights lit up the night sky, and there were several speeches that had guests laughing” – as well as an emotional toast from the father of the bride. The ’90s ska punk band Sublime also played a set, with a deejay friend completing the evening’s soundtrack. Near the end of the reception, Prinsloo took the mic to serenade her new husband with Bright Eyes’ “First Day of My Life.”
The party rolled on until 2 a.m. – and will continue for Levine and Prinsloo, who are reportedly honeymooning in South Africa. “Everyone had so much fun,” says the second guest. “Adam and Behati didn’t stop smiling the entire night.”
An Angel’s angels: Prinsloo’s fellow models came out in full force for her big day.
Behati & Adam
Actors Hill and Segel have been friends of the groom since high school, while Valentine and Carmichael are his Maroon 5 bandmates.
The actor was among the celebrants, while Nicks performed a duet with Levine at the reception.
No one expected
Glee star Naya Rivera to find her happily-ever-after so soon after her six-month engagement to rapper Big Sean ended in April. But that’s exactly what a small gathering of close family members witnessed on July 19 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, when Rivera, 27, married actor Ryan Dorsey in an intimate beach ceremony. “We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife,” the couple told PEOPLE exclusively. “Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for.”
Originally from Charleston, W.Va., Dorsey attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts before moving to L.A., where he met Rivera four years ago. The pair’s longtime friendship blossomed into a romance this spring. At their sunset wedding, Rivera (carrying a bouquet of daisies and baby’s breath) and Dorsey both opted for bare feet as they walked down a candlelit aisle in the sand after exchanging Neil Lane rings. Following a brief honeymoon in Cabo, the couple planned to return to L.A., where Rivera will begin filming the final season of Glee. And they seem more than prepared to handle any ensuing shock over their surprise nuptials. As they told PEOPLE, “True love always prevails.”

TRAPPED IN HER MARRIAGE
Kendra Wilkinson should be on cloud nine. After all, she and her husband, Hank Baskett, just welcomed a baby girl, Alijah, in May. The birth “was a heavenly time,” the reality star, who appears on WE tv’s Kendra on Top, told PEOPLE on June 16. “I’m trying to enjoy every moment.” But recently the former Playboy playmate and onetime girlfriend of Hugh Hefner learned that Baskett allegedly had a sexual encounter with a transsexual model while Wilkinson was pregnant. After denying the reports, the former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver, 31, “had to admit it,” a close friend tells People. Now, adds the friend, Kendra “cries every day. She feels like such a fool.”
The betrayal is hurting her physically as well. “It’s affecting her milk production and quite simply breaking her heart,” the friend says. And though Wilkinson, 29, has removed her wedding ring and is contemplating divorce, she may not be able to move on. “She wanted to throw Hank out but couldn’t because she is healing [from giving birth] and needs help,” says the source. The couple’s 4-year-old son Hank IV “would be completely devastated,” if his dad left, says the friend, “so Kendra felt like she couldn’t do it. Not now.”
Her financial state may also be a factor. An industry source says WE tv likely pays Wilkinson an estimated $15,000 or so an episode for a 14-episode season of her show. While Hugh Hefner “has offered to help her in any way he can,” says the friend, for now Wilkinson is sticking it out—and will continue to do so as cameras roll. “Hank and Kendra are fully engaged in the show,” says a source, adding that cameras have been capturing the family drama for season 3, premiering this fall. “Viewers will get to see everything.”
• The weirdest thing I’ve put on a cake is edible glow-in-the-dark body paint. I was trying to make a cake glow in the dark, so I needed something edible that glowed. I remember going home to my wife and saying, “I guess we’re just kind of old-fashioned.” No glow-in-the-dark paint there!
• I want to make a cake for a President of the United States. It’s been a dream for a long time. I just want to go to the White House and say, “Mr. President, I made you this cake.” I would do a replica of the White House, and I would have the President and his family standing on the front lawn.
• The most difficult cake I’ve designed was for NASCAR. That cake was like the size of a car. After people see what I do, they’re like, “Oh, come on. You can do it, Cake Boss. You could make a cake float or lift off in the air.” We get all kinds of crazy stuff. That one was about 20,000 pounds. That’s a lot of cake there.

THE ULTIMATE YEARBOOK
“You can’t really see yourself changing in the mirror,” Coltrane says of aging in Boyhood (in theaters now). “So to see it all [onscreen] is very bizarre.”
MOTHERHOOD & NEW MUSIC?
It’s been a long three years for Adele fans—so long that the Internet can barely go a week without rumors of her third album popping up. Most recently? A tweet announcing that the chart-topping Grammy winner has named her next effort 25 (the first two were titled 19 and 21, respectively) and will be touring in 2015, which a label exec said there’s “no truth” to…. So why the wait? One possible, adorable reason: mommyhood! Since her last record the singer and her boyfriend Simon Konecki, 40, welcomed a son, Angelo, who will be 2 in October. “Adele is really loving being a mum,” the singer’s once-estranged father, Mark Evans, tells People. “She is totally hands-on.”
BOYHOOD STAR ELLAR COLTRANE
GROWING UP ONSCREEN
THE 19-YEAR-OLD SPENT 12 YEARS FILMING DIRECTOR RICHARD LINKLATER’S LATEST FILM
Ellar Coltrane was just 6 years old when he was cast in Boyhood—not that he remembers much about his audition. “It’s pretty vague, but it was a long process,” the Austin, Texas, native says of winning the role in the movie, which was filmed in spurts for more than a decade and follows his character Mason’s journey from childhood to adolescence. At first Coltrane – who is already garnering Oscar buzz – says he was “just along for the ride,” but over time “we all became more of partners creating [Richard’s] vision. It was a very transformative experience.”
