Kim& Kyle Richards’ Blowout

‘MY BIGGEST REGRET’

When Kyle Richards and sister Kim Richards got into an explosive fight on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills finale on Jan. 20, they didn’t hold back any punches. Screaming at each other and pointing fingers, Kyle called Kim “an alcoholic” and Kim accused Kyle of stealing her house. “There was so much adrenaline,” Kyle tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I could barely breathe when I stepped out of that limo.” Taped in June last year, the moment was “one of the biggest regrets of my life,” says Kyle, 42, who didn’t speak to Kim, 46, for six weeks afterward. (Kim entered rehab after the episode aired but checked herself out a week later.) “I was extremely disappointed in myself.” Finally she drove to Kim’s house and the two reconciled. Now “we’re in a good place,” she says. “Our relationship is much calmer and I’ve learned to use a gentler approach with her. I’m there for her if she needs me.” As for the accusations? Kyle doesn’t want to comment on the alcoholism jab but says she did not steal Kim’s house. According to Kyle, their mom, Kathleen, left her children-Kim, Kyle and their sister Kathy Hilton-a property in Palm Desert when she passed away. Since Kim and Kathy already owned houses in the area, they asked Kyle if she wanted to buy their shares. “Years later Kim wanted to buy back her share, but I was renovating the house for my family, and I told her I didn’t want to mix family and business,” she says. “I didn’t realize how much she resented that.” After the fight Kyle suffered severe panic attacks and temporarily lost the feeling in her legs. “I love my sister,” she says. “I will never allow anything like this to happen again.”

DIVORCE COURTING

THEY’RE NEWLY SINGLE-BUT ARE THEY READY TO MINGLE? SCOOP HAS ALL THE POST-SPLIT SKINNY!

EVA LONGORIA

With her divorce from Tony Parker finalized on Jan. 28, who’s been keeping the Desperate Housewives star company? Handsome pop singer Eduardo Cruz (brother of Penelope!). Longoria, 35, and Cruz, 25, have been pals for years but recently stepped it up with a series of dates including a “flirty” outing to a flamenco show in L.A. While clarifying that Longoria “doesn’t have a boyfriend,” a close source confirms that the actress has been happily “going out on dates” with Cruz. Adds another source: “Eva definitely seems to have moved on.”

SCARLETT JOHANSSON

Since her split from Ryan Reynolds in December after two years of marriage, she’s been out with SNL‘s Jason Sudeikis, 35, and actor Justin Long, 32 (her rep tells Scoop the actress, 26, is just “friends” with both). The latest rumored hookup? Her ex! She and Reynolds, 34, had dinner in Los Angeles Jan. 28. But sources say the two, while friendly, are still kaput.

THE JERSEY SHORE GUIDE TO ITALY

THE CAST OF MTV’S REALITY SHOW IS FLYING TO ITALY FOR SEASON 4-AND SCOOP IS SERVING TIPS FOR THE TRIP …

Jersey Shore‘s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is “very excited” to film in Italy this spring but adds, “I’m gonna miss my mom.” That’s not her only concern. “We’re all gonna get fat having spaghetti all day!” she says. A bigger problem for the group? “None of us speak Italian.” Scoop has helpfully translated the gang’s catchphrases and scouted Italian hot spots-they can fist pump and booty shake at clubs like GOA and Ex-Magazzini in Rome. When they’re not G.T.L.-ing, Snooki, 23, wants to “check out the big buildings-I know there’s a couple!”

OSCAR’S BEST PICTURE NOMINATIONS-IN LEGO!

COMBINING HIS PASSIONS FOR MOVIES AND LEGO, ALEX EYLAR, 22, SNAPPED TO IT AND RE-CREATED SCENES FROM THE 83RD ACADEMY AWARDS BEST PICTURE NOMINEES. HERE ARE FIVE OF THEM

Alex Eylar, a graduate student now doing his master’s degree in screenwriting, uses Lego sets from his childhood to stage his scenes. The hardest part? “Every piece is so damn reflective,” says Eylar. “It takes some diligent finagling to isolate one spot of light without it bouncing off every surface and brightening the entire shot tenfold.” All worth it for his blockbuster alternate career: Lego filmmaker.
