Vince Vaughn attended Aniston’s 38th-birthday party at pal Courteney Cox Arquette‘s Beverly Hills home on Feb. 10 (a day before Aniston’s actual birthday), along with friends Sandra Oh, Patricia Arquette, David Spade and Kathy Najimy. “It was very mellow,” said one guest at the affair. “There was buffet food, and the party didn’t go late.” Vaughn, in a red sweater, hung out for two hours while some guests presented Aniston with gifts. Then the whole gang sang–you guessed it–”Happy Birthday.” The chemistry? “They got along,” said a friend of both. Vaughn’s appearance was no shocker, since he dropped by Jen’s home on Christmas Eve. Then he called Aniston “one of the funniest, most genuine people I know,” at the Jan. 9 People’s Choice Awards. THEY’LL ALWAYS HAVE PARIS Turns out Eva Longoria and Tony Parker won’t be saying “I do,” after all–more like, “oui!” The couple recently sent out several hundred Eiffel Tower save-the-date cards (below), announcing their July 7 wedding in Paris, a source confirms to Scoop. On the mailing list? Family, friends and the Desperate Housewives gang, including Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross, Felicity Huffman, Nicollette Sheridan (with fiancé Michael Bolton), James Denton, Ricardo Chavira and creator Marc Cherry, who told PEOPLE back in December that Longoria “made me promise to go to Paris.” The couple did the same for all their guests, issuing a reminder on the cards that everyone obtain or update their passports for the international affair. But guests will have to wait for further details. For security’s sake there were no printed locations or times. But if the card itself is any indication (it was designed by the high-end company Lehr & Black, whose wedding clients include Gwen Stefani), the nuptials will be très chic. AN IDOL SPLIT He may be a country boy, but former American Idol contestant Bucky Covington is singing the blues these days. The crooner, 29 (who finished eighth last season), and his wife, Crystal, 30, are divorcing after seven years of marriage. Covington told Scoop in a statement, “This is a difficult time for both of us and I would ask that everyone respect our privacy.” PARTYING WITH THE PRINCES England swings–thanks in large part to Princes William and Harry taking London by storm. The young army officers are experts at midnight maneuvers, enjoying Crackbaby shots (vodka, champagne, Chambord and passion fruit juice) at Boujis, hanging with the deejays at Embassy and tearing up the dance floor at the Cuckoo Club. At Mahiki recently, William, 24 (drinking vodka cocktails), dressed as Superman–”people were touching his pecs”–as girlfriend Kate Middleton, 25, sipped her fave piña colada. It was there too that Harry, 22, chatted with Madonna, perhaps discussing the upcoming concert in Princess Diana‘s name. For a peek at the royal hot spots in their quieter moments, before the action starts, take a gander. DANCING QUEEN? Heather Mills may be about to step before the judges, but it has nothing to do with her churning, boiling, broiling divorce from Paul McCartney. The jurists in question would be Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. A source close to the show says the former model might just show off her samba skills, following in the footsteps of Harry Hamlin and Emmitt Smith, when the fourth edition premieres March 19. “She has not signed yet,” an insider tells Scoop. “But talks are ongoing.” (Mills’s rep declined to comment.) DWTS alum Jerry Springer will announce the new cast on February 21. LOVE IS IN THE AIR Just how friendly were the skies for Ralph Fiennes last month? British and Australian papers report the actor had more than a casual encounter with a flight attendant while on a Qantas flight from Darwin, Australia, to Mumbai Jan. 24. Two crewmembers saw Fiennes leaving the lavatory moments before their coworker Lisa Robertson, who has since been suspended. “We can confirm a flight attendant has been [suspended] following an in-flight incident,” says a spokesperson for Qantas. Robertson told company officials she persuaded Fiennes to leave the bathroom after he “became amorous.” The actor’s rep did not return calls. ANGELS IN TRAINING On one day, Feb. 8, Charlie’s Angels stars Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore and Lucy Liu all turned to West Hollywood’s the Gym on Nemo trainer Teddy Bass to stay in world-saving shape DIAZ can boast about a cut body-after-breakup thanks to Bass, who escorts her from the gym, a courtesy he also extends to … MOORE after she completes her circuit training and Pilates routines. The trainer recommends the same physical activities for … LIU, helping to keep the actress in fighting form. Says gym owner Fedele De Santis: “Our goal is to keep women looking feminine.” Q + A THRILLS & CHILLS So long, scrubs. Hello, Harleys: Jill Hennessy leaves the morgue behind for the biker movie Wild Hogs On Crossing Jordan, Jill Hennessy, as a medical examiner, often has to play dead serious. And some of her fellow actors have to play seriously dead. Now–abra cadaver!–she’s getting a chance to try comedy, playing a wannabe-biker’s wife in Wild Hogs, a midlife crisis comedy starring Tim Allen, John Travolta and large Harley Davidsons. The actress, 38–mother of Marco, 3, with husband of six years Paolo Mastropietro–talks to Scoop about the switch. What’s in store for Jordan this season? She goes through a life-threatening illness related to her work. Several real-life MEs have been affected by this horrifying disease. So, like, are you going to look gross? No, though I am a little gray in the post-op episode, which I directed. I wanted to look as gaunt and pale as I possibly could. I don’t like things looking too pretty. What’s your style as a director?I would come to the crew saying, “Is there any way that we could incorporate some chaos in this shot?” And then, “Don’t forget Jerry O’Connell’s butt! If we can keep his butt in the frame, it will be a better shot.” After Law & Order and Jordan, were you psyched for comedy?I was dying to do comedy. I love improv. I don’t know if I’m good at it, I just enjoy it. And I got to be the wife to Tim Allen, one of the best improv comedians you’ll ever meet. So, did you ride a Harley?I haven’t really been on a motorcycle since having the baby. I think my life is worth more now that I have him. I used to be a little more expendable! Now I get my thrills at home.
