Dress Rehearsal Now that Trista Rehn picked her groom, it’s time for the important stuff: finding a wedding gown. The former Bachelorette and her mother recently went shopping at the Monique Lhuillier Salon, a Beverly Hills boutique (fiancé Ryan Sutter dropped them off and picked them up). “It was so much fun for me,” says Rehn, who is still undecided on a wedding date. “I’ve always wanted to be a spring bride, but it’s so close that I don’t know if we could get it done by then.” Meanwhile, Rehn’s runner-up Charlie Maher resurfaces March 26, when Blind Date reruns his 2000 rendezvous with a Trista look-alike. “It was a pretty funny date,” says executive producer David Garfinkle. “He was nice to her during the date, but once it was over, he ripped her.”

BELL OF THE BALL
A butler’s work is never done, so Paul Hogan has a new gig shilling steak quesadillas for Taco Bell. But Joe Millionaire‘s servant won’t appear in the ads. Instead, he’s giving promo interviews to local TV stations, offering tips on eating fast food like a millionaire (serve it on china, of course). But is cognac-loving Hogan a taco kinda guy? “He says he likes it,” says a company rep.
SCANDAL OF THE WEEK
A British Who Wants to be a Millionaire winner and his wife are on trial for conspiring to deceive the show in 2001. Prosecutors claim that a fellow contestant, who is also charged, coughed to indicate which answers were correct.
BEHIND THE SCENES
THE ROAD TO RECOVERY Charles Grigsby almost didn’t make the finals, but not because of the vote. On Dec. 3, Grigsby, 24, and sister Jennifer, 29, were driving near their Oberlin, Ohio, home when they were hit by a truck. Initially, “I couldn’t even move,” says Grigsby, who has returned to form with twice-weekly physical therapy sessions. Jennifer, who sustained spinal injuries, is confined to a wheelchair, but doctors say she’ll walk again. Still, she insisted that Grigsby attend Idol’s L.A. competition. When Grigsby returned home after reaching the Top 32, Jennifer “dissolved into tears of happiness,” says mom Ramona, 58. “She’s so proud of him.”
