Swedish filmmakers Lars Ulvenstam and Tomas Dillen, who stirred up a why-don’t-they-go-back-to-Stockholm fuss in 1975 with Harlem: Voices, Faces, return to New York City for a documentary on what it’s like to be old and poor there. They don’t editorialize, but admit they’re “on the side of these older people.” Witness the irony of the title.
