A guy swallows a pill early in this TV movie, and there’s no need to hear his medical history. The bottle is helpfully labeled For Heart Trouble. But not everything’s so obvious here. I can’t explain exactly why vacationing Luke Perry goes berserk after he and five others (Dan Cortese, Olivia D’Abo, Dorian Hare-wood, Polly Shannon and David Hewlett) discover a deserted luxury liner that has been stuck in the Bermuda Triangle for more than 60 years. What I can report is that the characters say, “I have a bad feeling” and “I have a really bad feeling” and “What’s going on?” and “What the hell’s going on?” And some of them wind up dead. Cortese looks quite fit in his muscle T-shirt, but the rest of this summertime filler is rather weak.

Bottom Line: Script adrift
