The ’08 titleholder has a new book, Believe It, Be It, about takingâand keepingâit off.
WHAT’S YOUR WEIGHT THESE DAYS?
I was 122 when I won [in April ’08]; now I live at 125. I feel amazing.
It’s about incorporating everything responsibly. If I eat bad things, I pay at the gym.
DID YOU HAVE SURGERY TO TIGHTEN YOUR SKIN?
No. I see some looseness, but it’s not a big deal. I mean, I have huge calves I used to want to get cut down. Then I was like, “Ali, you’ve lost your effin’ mind. If that’s your biggest worry, get over it.”
