The subject is an introduction to sex, and Denise (Makin’ It) Miller plays a 13-year-old with palpitations for 17-year-old rocker Rex Smith, particularly after crafty cosmetics make her fib about being 16 believable. (She’s really 15.) Judd Hirsch and Barbara Feldon are convincing as her troubled parents. Writers-and-producers Bruce and Carole (Sesame Street) Hart should be commended for bringing teen problems into prime time. But do the parents have to be so understanding, the boyfriend so sensitive and the neighborhood such a pristine fantasy?
