The Emmy-winning actress, 62, who stars on TV Land’s new Wednesday sitcom Kirstie, shares small-screen moments that were big in her life.
MY FIRST TV CRUSH
I was obsessed with Little Joe on Bonanza growing up! I wanted to marry him. When I met Michael Landon, it was “Oh my God!” He was just the cat’s meow.
SHOW THAT INSPIRED ME TO ACT
I loved The Carol Burnett Show (left) and I Love Lucy. I always did skits around the house. They gave me a different view of women than movie stars. TV stars could be animated and really funny.
MY TV BFF
I love Rhea Perlman like a sister. We were on Cheers (right) together and [reteaming with her on Kirstie] is shockingly great. Some actresses are very serious, and we’re not. I just like having somewhere to go every day where you can act like idiots and get paid for it.
MY CURRENT TV CRUSH
I love The Voice because of my obsession with Blake Shelton, the man I should have married if only I was 23 right now. I would fight Miranda Lambert to the death for Blake.
