>HIGH SCHOOL REUNION
WHAT JOBS DID YOU HAVE BEFORE MAKING IT BIG?
I’ve never made a penny outside of acting, but I’ve had some obscure off-Broadway jobs. I was 9 and hanging with drag queens for a show. I remember telling my dad, “I wish I was doing interesting stuff,” and he was like, “How much more interesting could it be?”
HOW HAS LIFE CHANGED SINCE AMERICAN PIE?
I live on my own in Brooklyn. I’m single, but doing the show and the play [Off-Broadway’s The Submission] has kept me busy. Life right now has a lot of smiles.
THIS SUMMER YOU FILMED THE PIE SEQUEL AMERICAN REUNION. HOW DID IT GO?
We turned right back into our 16-year-old selves and acted like idiots. It’s fun to see the cast married and as parents. I shot American Pie during my senior year of high school, and it was all about girls. Now it’s about couples and babies!
