Cutie-pie fitness instructor Tamilee Webb demonstrates two easy-to-follow exercise programs that she choreographed using heavy-duty elastic bands. Program One (37 minutes) features a warm-up, stretches for every major muscle group and several sets of standard exercises that use the bands to provide resistance. (Inner thighs are not neglected.)
