The Verdict

“Ksenia does an excellent job eating real food!” says dietitian Keri Glassman of nutritiouslife.com. “I love that I see no packaged foods in her diet, and she consumes an amazing proportion of healthy fats, lean protein and loads of antioxidants from veggies.” But, says Glassman, her calorie count is a bit low for most women, and the actress could add another nutrient-dense snack in the afternoon to up her caloric intake. “She is also doing a great job of eating throughout the day.
