VALENTIN & MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY
Who’s happy now? Dancing with the Stars pros Val (left), 28, and Maks, 34, donned the Vivienne Westwood hats made famous by singer Pharrell Williams – and bared their brotherly bond.
Val: Seeing him successful makes me happy.
Maks: We’re definitely best friends.
Val: Maks has a great body. I possess nice biceps and that’s about it. I don’t think a man should necessarily have a six-pack.
Maks: Yes, he should! Val lets himself go. I’m more of a maintenance guy. I eat clean. I haven’t had fast food in a decade.
Val: Off-season, I’m in hibernation. It was very irresponsible of me to eat half a jar of Nutella last night. But it happened. And I’m happy.

Fans think she woke up like this, but Queen Bey, 32, reveals her curves were hard to come by.
On Her Body After Blue Ivy: “I was 195 lbs. when I gave birth. I lost 65 lbs. I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back.”
On Her Risqué Videos: “I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body,” said the singer, who launches a tour with husband Jay Z on June 25. “I don’t at all have any shame about being sexual, and I’m not embarrassed about it … I do believe that sexuality is a power that we all have.”
‘I HAVE EMBRACED MY FLAWS. THE MORE YOU MATURE, YOU REALIZE THAT THOSE IMPERFECTIONS MAKE YOU BEAUTIFUL’
He plays a sexy werewolf on True Blood (which returns to HBO on June 22), and the star, 37, who directed the upcoming male-stripper documentary La Bare, has the appetite to match. “I’m a carnivore,” he says. “I stock my freezer with Omaha Steaks.” As for maintaining the muscles—and so much more – that he flaunted in 2012’s Magic Mike, “it’s six days a week of cardio plus weights.” And then there’s, ahem, practice for the Magic Mike sequel: “I’m coming up with all new moves.”
MOST PLAYFUL PERFORMERS
The classically trained duo Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley, both 33, sing funny, stripped down, acoustic mash-ups of pop hits (think “Hot in Herre” meets “Let It Go”), all while sporting only their undergarments onstage at New York City’s 54 Below.
Nick: I have always gone to the gym. I’ve had to take off my clothes a lot in shows like All Shook Up and Altar Boyz.
Lauren: I work out by carrying around my cello. It’s 18 lbs.! When I was younger I was self-conscious about my butt. But then I was dancing in a pink bra and thong in Rock of Ages, and I got over it real fast. We’re both comfortable with our bodies.
Nick: We do a lot of galas and events. It would be hilarious if we are playing nursing homes when we are 80.
THE RIPPED RETIREE
Though he stepped away from soccer last year, the father of four is still putting his toned torso to good use, modeling in ads for his own line of H&M bodywear. “Since I’ve stopped playing, now I’ve got some time on my hands, so I thought why not?” said Beckham, 39. During the Super Bowl he left the Twitterverse breathless by wearing nothing but boxer briefs in a commercial, having allowed fans to vote beforehand whether he should appear #Covered or #Uncovered by the end. #NoContest.
The Colombian singer, 37, may be a mentor on The Voice, but she’s got a killer body to boot. She got her fit physique back after giving birth to son Milan, now 1, by shaking her infamous hips at Zumba five times a week, eating five to six small meals of 250 calories a day and not stressing about her waistline. “My man [soccer star Gerard Piqué, 27] doesn’t like too skinny,” she told Glamour. “That takes pressure off. I already have a lot to worry about. And I like these pastries in front of me.”
‘I DON’T OBSESS OVER MY FLAWS BECAUSE I SEE MY BODY AS A WHOLE. BESIDES, I THINK MEN APPRECIATE CONFIDENCE MORE THAN PERFECTION’
QUEEN OF THE ‘BELFIE’
By posting pictures of her pert posterior, the 20-year-old New Yorker wanted to create an Instagram account that inspired followers to get fit. Instead it sparked the “belfie” (as in “butt selfie”) revolution. Now the aspiring personal trainer has more than 3 million followers – and a few detractors who claim that her rear isn’t real. “People accuse me of having butt implants,” she says. “I just tell my followers you can fix your butt with hard work.”
‘THAT ONE PHOTO OF MY BUTT IN YOGA PANTS IS GETTING PEOPLE TO THE GYM, SO WHY NOT POST IT?’

HILARIA BALDWIN @hilariabaldwin
The 30-year-old yoga instructor and wife of Alec Baldwin has stretched her New Year’s resolution “to post a yoga posture every day” to a new level. Behold the Extra correspondent’s greatest Om-ments on Instagram: 1. Making paella in Dancer’s Pose 2. Doing laundry in Anantasana (Vishnu’s Couch Pose) 3. Bending over backward for daughter Carmen, 9 months. 4. “Gettin’ diesel for car and body,” she posted. 5. Nailing a handstand at the ATM.
BEST MOVIE MAKEOVER
The plan was simple: Give up the six- pack to get the sick-pack. “Six months no beer,” the actor, 34, posted on Instagram with a photo of his newly chiseled abs (inset), which are on full display in Guardians of the Galaxy, out Aug. 1. For training, “I did about four hours a day for maybe five months,” said the Parks and Recreation star, who considers the impressive results “a costume that I worked really hard to put on.”
THE GOLDEN GIRL
The supermodel and mom of three redefined what 60 looks like this year, declaring, “Women don’t come with an expiration date.” But even she has had qualms about her figure. “Until I turned 50 I was very self-conscious about going to the beach in a bathing suit. But at 50 nobody is even pretending to pass as a bathing suit model anymore. And at 60 I’m going to do whatever I feel like!”
THE SEXIEST MAN ALIVE
“When I’m on the road, I practice yoga every day or do something physical,” says the Voice coach, 35. “I have to sweat. It’s like two, three hours of working out. I’m just an active person.”
The Maroon 5 singer says, “I’m pretty health conscious,” but cops to one vice: “Sugar. I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and sour gummy things.”
‘I TRULY ENJOY WORKING OUT. A CERTAIN PART HAS TO DO WITH VANITY, BUT 80 PERCENT OF IT IS I FEEL BETTER WHEN I’M DOING SOMETHING’
