“You may love or hate him, but Juan Pablo was the most memorable Bachelor ever”

I loved your interview with Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell. Their true personalities shined through. It’s been hard watching him be vilified in the media. Perhaps he needs to get “a filter,” but he’s clearly a sincere person.

Although Juan Pablo has been mired in controversy and receiving criticism for not proposing to Nikki, I admire that they are being true to themselves. Why get engaged at the drop of a hat? They want to get to know each other out of the limelight, and that’s extremely important. It is good to see they are mature enough to know that. After all, they are looking for everlasting love.

Good for Zac for taking control of his life after attending rehab last spring. I’m so happy that he’s cut out the partying and removed himself from the negative people in his life. Mr. Efron is so talented, and I’m pleased to see him back on track.

My heart goes out to Tanya Brown and the rest of her family. I can’t believe it’s been nearly 20 years since her sister Nicole Brown Simpson was killed and her ex-husband O.J. Simpson was acquitted. It’s so brave of Tanya to forgive O.J. and say, “I don’t forget, but I do forgive. So I can move on.” That is simply powerful.

Thanks for featuring The Chew’s cohost Carla Hall in your chefs at home story. I’ve been a big fan of hers since she was on Top Chef. I made her paprika chicken that she shared in the magazine, and it was crazy yummy. Bravo!

The Milwaukee Brewers baseball team are truly all-stars for caring for Hank, the homeless mutt who was found wandering near their training field. As Brewers owner Mark Attanasio points out, countless lovable dogs like Hank are in animal shelters across the country. I encourage people to adopt a pet from a shelter.

As more theories about the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 continue to emerge, let’s focus on the 239 people missing. We must keep praying and keep believing that the passengers will be found alive.

Thank you for writing a respectful cover story on the missing passengers. I wept, and it made me realize the importance of family and friends.

Congratulations to Today coanchor Savannah Guthrie for getting married to Michael Feldman. She looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown. I wish them nothing but happiness as they embark on a new journey as husband and wife and also as expecting parents.

I feel sorry for actor Jason Patric as he goes through an emotional custody battle for his son. No father should not be allowed to see his child. Although he was not married to his girlfriend Danielle Schreiber when their son Gus was conceived, he has every right to be a part of his son’s life. Let’s hope the court agrees.
