Fergie is lovely in voice, face and figure. Unfortunately, she has fallen in love with a handsome flirt”

Lisa Storm Salinas, Calif.

If Josh Duhamel really cheated on Fergie with that stripper, then he’s the biggest fool on the face of the earth.

Carl Langbein Midlothian, Texas

Men in committed relationships do not belong in strip clubs. Josh Duhamel and others would do well to take a lesson in loyalty and devotion from Nubs, the amazing dog that you featured in the same issue.

Congratulations to Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. They have a beautiful daughter and have given her a traditional name, Charlotte Grace. Happily, they didn’t fall into the trap of choosing a “unique” baby name like Pilot, Banjo or Apple.

What a refreshing and amazing story of mature married celebrities having a child for the right reasons and being so in love and in touch with reality. You gained a new fan here.

Kim Hardesty Stow, Ohio

I have been a fan of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s since she played Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It is clear from the beautiful closeup of Sarah and her daughter Charlotte that Sarah is ready for a role of a lifetime and Charlotte is a lucky daughter. What an inspiration that this couple have made a mature decision to have a baby after marriage and seven years of a stable and loving relationship. The adoration in Sarah’s eyes and the clear contentment in Charlotte are so obvious.

Be still my heart! You have an issue with three of the world’s sexiest husbands and fathers—Tim McGraw, Jon Bon Jovi and Freddie Prinze Jr.—plus there’s Marine Brian Dennis, not to mention the sexy man of the week, Dave Salmoni. Each one of them is so much more than their physical appearance. They all show the good character qualities that everyone should aim for. What are you going to do for an encore?

Cindy Cassady Edmonton, Ky.

What a refreshing story! The man women want and men want to be!

Pam Smith Bossier City, La.

I loved your interview with Tim McGraw. I have been such a huge fan of his and of his awesome wife, Faith Hill, for forever. It was fun reading more about him and what he thinks of being the only male in his loving family.

In our Nov. 23 issue, we incorrectly reported that Terri White received a Tony nomination for Barnum. Her co-stars Jim Dale and Glenn Close were nominated, and Dale won the trophy for Best Actor in a Musical. We regret the error.

Our Nov. 9 article on Marine Maj. Brian Dennis and his dog Nubs generated a warmhearted response from readers. Michaela Zucker of Chico, Calif., wrote, “After reading the story of Nubs, I had a smile on my face for two days.” Lisa Lukies of St. Louis calls the tale “a lesson in love and loyalty.” Now something of a celebrity, Nubs has appeared on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien and The Today Show. Dennis’s book Nubs: The True Story of a Mutt, a Marine & a Miracle, has become a bestseller, and Dennis is in talks with Warner Bros. to bring his faithful friend’s story to the big screen. “Nubs seems unfazed by it all,” says Dennis. “But this little dog never stops amazing me.”
