What’s Tina Turner’s secret to rocking out at 68—and matching moves with Beyoncé, 26? “She lives in Zurich and she goes hiking in the mountains, eats really well and just takes very good care of herself,” says a rep for the singer. “And she gets plenty of sleep.” Just not on Grammy night: Minutes after leaving the stage, Turner hopped a flight to Moscow to perform for 45 minutes at a party at the Kremlin’s Palace of Congresses. “She had a fantastic time,” adds the rep. “I’m sure, well, I hope, she’s sound asleep now!”
