LAST TIME I SAID ‘SORRY’

All the time; it’s like a knee-jerk reaction. It became a rule with one of my teachers that I wasn’t allowed to apologize. I’m sure a shrink would have a field day with that.

LAST GIFT I RECEIVED

Zosia [Mamet] from our show gave us girls pairs of UGGs that are really cute. They have the first letters of our first names sort of bejeweled on them. I’m wearing them right now, actually.

LAST TIME I CRIED

Watching the hockey game yesterday. Toronto beat Detroit, and I started to cry. And I have no feelings about either team whatsoever! I think I was just really tired.

LAST TIME I WAS STARSTRUCK

I saw Julie Andrews at a premiere, and every time I see her, my heart skips a beat. I’m sure I said something like, “You are why I do what I do,” something Popeye-esque, but yeah, she’s the ultimate for me.

LAST PERSON I KISSED

My mom, dad [NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams] and brother when we all parted ways after a trip to the mountains. If the Toronto Maple Leafs hadn’t won, that would have been the last time I cried too.
